11. Pass the N3 Exam on the JLPT

I'm not sure if I'll use Japanese in my future career, and an N3 level isn't exactly work place proficiency, but I feel like it'd be a nice achievement to have.

5. Whale Watching! But I really wanna see them jumping out breaching or up close!

Grey whales are cool, but Killer / Blue Whales are even cooler. I want to see one jump out of the water... but that probably won't happen during just one trip.
